Maximize Your Reach with Facebook Ads

The completion of ad campaigns can take approximately 5-7 business days. This timeframe is calculated from the moment all necessary assets, such as images and videos, are provided to our team, rather than from the time the order is placed or when the onboarding documents are completed.

To ensure that our ads agency can run ads on your behalf through your Facebook Ads account, we kindly request you complete the onboarding documents. 

These documents are mandatory for granting us access to your account and verifying your business information. It is crucial that all the information provided in the documents is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any complications with your account. Once the documents are submitted and approved, we will be able to begin running ads for your business on Facebook.

When purchasing our service, both the setup fee and the first month's service fee are charged on the same day. However, for PPC campaigns, there is typically a 1-2 week delay from the day of purchase to the day the campaign goes live while our team builds out the entire campaign.

When a revision request is made for an active campaign, it can take up to one business day to be fulfilled, depending on the complexity of the request. If a request is submitted during business hours, but not towards the end of the day, it should be completed by the following business day. However, if a request is received outside of business hours, even if it is during the business day itself, it may take up to the day after the following business day to complete.

We perform maintenance and optimizations on campaigns at least once a week. After we make changes to a campaign, it takes time for them to take effect and show their performance results. It is important to keep in mind that making changes early on in a campaign will reset the learning phase, meaning that the ads will start from scratch after those changes have been made. 

Please note that we need to give ads time to perform to their best ability. Although some campaigns may perform well right away, others may require more time before they reach their full potential. This is especially true for accounts that have never advertised before.

Our services for Facebook Ads will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, even if they are canceled. If our Facebook Ads team still has access to the account and desires for us to continue working on it, then we will continue to do so till the end of the billing cycle.

Unfortunately, funnels are not included in the setup fee and we don't provide funnel-building services. Though it's not compulsory to use a funnel with a Facebook Ads campaign, we usually suggest using one as a landing page for better results.

If you work with an agency or consultant for your business, you can add them to your Business Manager on Facebook and share your assets with them. You have the option to grant access to different assets and even assign specific permission levels to the partner when added. Once the partner is added to your Business Manager, they will be able to see the assets that you have shared with them in their own Business Manager.
