  • What social media profiles does The Business Theory® post on?

    Currently, we post to six different social media platforms:

    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Twitter
    • Pinterest
    • Google Business (Formerly Google My Business) 

    Unfortunately, we do not post to any other social media platforms besides the ones mentioned above. There's no limit on word count with the exception of Twitter. Twitter has a 280-character limit. We try to keep the captions short unless our clients have specific messages they need to send out.

  • Do you create social media profiles?

    While we do not create social media profiles for our clients, we do believe that having a strong online presence is essential for success. We want to provide our clients with the tools and resources to create social media accounts that align with their brand and help them connect with their audience. 


    That being said, please feel free to use the following links for information on how to create your own social media profiles:



  • What is provided for Social Postings? Do you provide custom graphics?

    Our team provides written content for all social media posts. If required, we can provide licensed stock images that can be used for the posts. 


    We recommend providing custom graphics and proprietary images to the social media team to be used for the postings. If you want custom graphics and videos posted, you can provide the social media team with the files and we can utilize those assets for the posts. 


    Unfortunately, we cannot provide custom graphics or customize assets provided to us to be applied to the posts.

  • Will I be able to see posts for approval before they are posted?

    Yes. Social media posts will be sent to you for approval before they are posted. You may opt to have us post without approval if you would like.

  • What type of social mediaposts are included?

    Our posting service is meant for maintenance-style social media posts. They can include images, GIFs, and industry-specific trending news. These are not custom graphics with the client’s services or products. They are also not branded with the client’s logos and colors. 


    This service is perfect for any industry/client that wants to keep their social media pages up-to-date with quality content on a monthly basis.


  • Can we pick which social media channels we want posted to?

    Yes, based on the plan you choose, you can select a certain number of social media channels for us to post to. You can choose from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Business.

  • Can I post on my accounts?

    Yes. The client can post while we’re posting. It would be important to let our team know when posts are going out and what posts are going out so we can coordinate accordingly.


  • When does work begin on social media posts?

    Work on social media posts can begin right away as long as our social media team has all the necessary information. 


    We will first confirm that the onboarding document is filled out. Afterward, we make sure that we have access to all the social media channels. 


    If for some reason we are missing access to anything, we will reach out to you. If there are any delays in the work from the time the services are purchased, you will be owed those posts and we will be able to supplement them for you as soon as the work proceeds.


    For clients with two-factor authentication enabled on their accounts, we will have to coordinate a time in order to set up the connection to our scheduling platform.

  • What happens when/if the service is canceled?

    If and when the social media postings service is canceled, you will receive whatever is owed for that billing cycle. Work will stop being fulfilled only after the end of the billing cycle.


    If for some reason there are other posts that were late/pending and were never sent out, you are still owed those posts and it will be our team’s duty to make sure you receive everything that is owed for those months of active service.
